CASRIP and University of London Queen Mary School of Law will sponsor a Transnational IP program. This 4-day program includes comparative law classes taught by American and European professors on various areas of intellectual property. This year will highlight IP areas such as IP protection for computer software, third party liability and fair use. Students will also have the opportunity to work with their European colleagues in a license negotiation exercise and a mock trial presented before five leading patent American and European judges.
