The Office for Personal Data Protection is an independent agency, which supervises the observance of legally mandated responsibilities under Czech law in the processing of personal data, maintains a register of instances of permitted personal data processing, deals with notifications and grievances from citizens concerning infringements of the law and provides consultations in the area of personal data protection.
