Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade was created by the interim measure N º 1911-8, de 29/07/1999 - 30/07/1999 DOU. Its main mission consists in formulating, implementing, and evaluating public policies to promote the competitiveness, commerce, inversion and innovation in enterprises and the welfare of the consumer.
