Marco Esteban, criminal lawyer, has written an interesting commentary regarding the unlawful broadcast of audiovisual contents. the author explains how the emergence of pay-TV has been accompanied of such problem. According to the author, this together with the difficulties that often appear in proving intellectual property crimes, results in real obstacle for rights owners.
