Aurélien Bougeard, the UAIPIT researcher, who holds a Master degree in the Intellectual Property and the Cultural Heritage by the University of Srasbourg (Center for International Studies of the Intellectual Property), published a book named “La libéralisation des extensions internet. L´approche critique du Project de l´ICANN”. In this book he talks about the domain name as the benchmark for the users consumers and the rights-holders. Also, he talks about its inclusion in the Domain Name System managed by ICANN. Moreover, the book speaks of the procedural issues and the access to this new extension, and the consecuences it could have on the different actors.
