In the proceedings PIQUER HERMANOS, S.A alleged the ownership of the patent No. 470.694 and brought to the court the enterprise INTERTTOR S.A. for using a machine with similar characteristics that infringed PIQUER HERMANOS, S.A’s exclusive right over the patent.
