Instituto de Autor and Mercosur IPR SME Helpdesk co-organize the seminar called “Protection, defense and management of Intellectual Property in Latin America”. It will address some of the more relevant issues to authors and european SMEs that want to protect and manage adequately their intellectual property rights in Latin America.
The lecturers are: Mr. Santiago Schuster, lawyer, Director of the International Confederation of Authors and Composers Societies for Latin America and the Caribbean and professor of Intellectual Property in the University of Chile. Dr. Aurelio López- Tarruella, Doctor in Law, Master on International and Comparative Law (Vrije Universiteit Brussels), Professor of Private International Law of the University of Alicante, Director of Lvcentinvs blog, Coordinator of the IT module of Magister Lvcentinvs and, of Counsel in Salvador Ferrandis Partners.
