The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) will offer a tertulia on mediation in the IP field, in which the speakers will cover the state of play of EUIPO boards of appeal mediation service, the state of play of the mediation centre at the EUIPO, active case management of appeal disputes and a special focus for lawyers regarding client assessment of suitable dispute resolution tools. After the course, the Office will offer a cocktail. The course will take place in Alicante, Spain, on 15 June 2017.
