This event has the principal aim of making public the different mechanisms that protect a sector that is one of the biggest active agents of the Spanish economy: The fashion industry. Those mechanisms will be analyzed from a double legal perspective: the one of the Industrial Property and the one of the Intellectual Property, exemplifying it with examples, doctrine and relevant case law. This event will be held in June, 15th, 2013, in Guipúzcoa, Spain.
