This roundtable aims to promote and strengthen cooperation between the Customs Board, Prosecutor´s Office and IP owners in protection of IP rights. It deals with previous practice in IP matters, possible questions and problems, and how the IP owners can contribute to cooperation with the Customs Board and with the Prosecutor´s Office. This round table will be held on August 5th, 2013, in Tallinn, Estonia.
