The aim of this year´s conference, organized by ERA Academy of European Law, is to help practitioners to prepare for the review of the trade mark system as proposed in the package of reforms adopted by the European Commission on 27th of March 2013. The conference will be held on November 7th – 8th, 2013, in Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante, Spain.
