The European Patent Academy, which is an entity of the European Patent Office (EPO), and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) organise a workshop on “the patentability in the technical field of biotechnology” where the thematic discussion platform will be set up to exchange experiences between the two Offices. This workshop will be held on November 13th, 2013 in Madrid, Spain.
