The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the Patent Center of the University of Barcelona will develop this course will provide an in-depth and updated analysis of some topics related to patents in life sciences, with emphasis on therapeutic indications and antibody inventions. Other subjects of interes will be the many recent desicions issued by the Court of Justice of the European Union and the EPO. This course will be held in Madrid on May 10 and in Barcelona on May 11.
