In November, the 9th session on The Comminuty Trade Marks Court will take place. It will cover, amongst other topics, the protection of the individual pieces of a complex product, invalidity due to bad faith in the Court of Justice of the European Union, round tables on trade mark protection and the use of adwords in relation to trade marks.
This event will be held from November 20 to 21 2014, in Alicante, Spain.
