In this conference attendees will learn how: trademarks and Geographical Indications are protected in Europe and the impact that recent case law from the Court of Justice of the European Union has on the current regime for protecting geographical indications; Trademarks, Designs and Copyright; Trademarks, Unfair Competition and Unregistered Rights; Trademarks and the Right of Privacy or Publicity impact and the use of trademarks in blogs and social media.
