This one-day course focuses on the detailed commercial, legal and practice issues that frequently arise when drafting IP licence agreements, and on how to take account of these issues in the drafting. Examples of wording from a licence agreement will be referred to throughout the day. This practical workshop will provide training and hands-on experience in drafting IP licence agreements. This course will take place in London, UK on 21 February 2017.
