Organized by the Spanish Patent and trade Mark Office (SPTO) and the Patent Centre of the University of Barcelona (UB), this course provide with an in-depth and updated analysis of some issues related to chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological patents, important to practitioners. This is an updated repetition of the course offered last March in Barcelona, and will be held on October 23-24, 2006 in Madrid, Spain.
