This Course, organized by the Patents Centre of the University of Barcelona (UB) and the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office (SPTO), will focus on the patent system, and will look at issues such as protection, patentability and infringement; enforcement; patents and know-how transfer; claims; and access to patents documentation. The course will be held on November 13-24, 2006, in Madrid, Spain.
