Organised by The Hague Academy of International Law, this course proposes an in-depth analysis on the most concerning and current issues in Private International Law. Some of the topics that will be discussed include the principles and techniques of Private International Law and the recent developments in jurisdictional matters and international arbitration, its philosophical aspects, and the Law of asylum and refugee and international successions. The Course will be held on 2-20 July 2007 in The Hague, The Netherlands.
