This two-day course will provide a detailed, updated and comparative description of the procedures for obtaining and enforcing patent rights in the four economically most important Asian countries (China, Japan, India and South Korea), as well as a brief description of a few other Asian countries. The course will be held on the 9th and 10th April in Madrid, Spain and also on the 14th and the 15th April, 2008 in Barcelona, Spain.
