The Alicante Barristers Association has organized in collaboration with the Alicante Solicitors Association, the OHIM, the General Council of the Judiciary and the City Council of Alicante, this two-session event that will deal with the most relevant aspects of the proceedings followed before the Community Trade Mark Court. This two-day course will be held on 27-28 November 2008, in Alicante, Spain.
