During this course, a review of the different aspects of IP relating to business will be done not only from a theoretical perspective, but rather, by means of different case studies. It will also deal with patentable inventions within the business fabric, trade secrets, industrial designs and domain names. The course will be held on July 18-20, 2011 at the Headquarters of the University of Alicante in Cocentaina, Spain.
