This seminar, organized by the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) and the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office (SPTO), is aimed primarily at those trade mark examiners from Latin American countries that have been previously designated by their respective national IP Offices. The Spanish Trade Mark Law and the registration procedure of international trade marks are some of the topics included in the seminar program. The event will be held on 12-16 September 2011, in Madrid, Spain.
