The Alicante Barristers Association has organized, in collaboration with the the OHIM and the General Council of the Judiciary, this two-session event that will deal with the most relevant aspects of the proceedings followed before the Community Trade Mark Court. The Conference will be held on 17-18 November 2011, in Alicante, Spain.
