This Congress is aimed at IP professionals and lawyers interested in improving their knowledge and practical experience on Intellectual Property matters. The programme includes: trade mark opposition proceedings in Italy, EU and Latin America, trade mark caselaw in Italy, EU countries and Latin America, trade mark prior rights and surveillance services, license agreement (clauses to enforce trade mark rights), and trade mark strategies for avoiding and solving trade mark conflicts.
