This seminar covers the regimes of Intellectual Property considering them as a tool of public policy (regimes designed and managed to board economic and social problems). Several concepts and elements of many disciplines are integrated, such as politic science, economy, law and sociology. Although the IP regime could be treated as a problem of public policy, in this seminar it is addressed in three key areas: public policies and Cyber space, public policies and health and public policies and development. This event will be held from August 21st, 2013 to October 23rd, 2013, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
