The Opening Ceremony of the Magister Lvcentinvs 20th Edition will count on the presence of Dr. Manuel Medina Ortega, Honorary Professor of the International Law and International Relations of the Complutense University of Madrid, who will deliver the inaugural speech `The declaim and the fall of IP in Spain`. The event will be held on October the 4th 2013, at the University of Alicante, Spain.
