The Official Bar Association of Alicante organizes jointly by the Section of Intellectual and Industrial Property in collaboration with the Bar Association of Procuradores de Alicante (ICOPAL), and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and the Spanish Judicial General Council the 8th Community Trademark Court Conference. The event will be attended by prestigious experts from OHIM skilled in the field of European Trade Mark, Judges from the European Trade Mark courts and various professionals coming from different firms. This year, we will have the honour to count at the meeting with Mr. Ignacio Sancho Gallardo, Judge of the First Chamber of the Spanish Supreme Court. Several topics will be discussed, including: “Case-law criteria regarding the obligation of the European trade mark use”, “IP Translator” and “recent case law from the Trade Mark Court’s judgments”. The conference will be held on October 24th and 25th, 2012 at the Office for the Harmonization in the Internal Market Building (OHIM), in Alicante, Spain.
