The Fifth annual trade mark law symposium hosted by the McCarthy Institute for Intellectual Property and Technology Law and Microsoft Corporation , co-sponsored by the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre and the International Trademark Association (INTA). Keynotes presentations will be made by Professor Graeme Dinwoodie and by Etienne Sanz de Acedo, Chief Executive Officer of INTA. This symposium will bring together brand owners, trademark attorneys, and public policymakers to face off on today\'s most pressing issues in international trademark law, including design protection, new gTLDs, platform providers and secondary liability, and proposed changes to trademark law in the EU.
