The “Specialized Course in Cross-border Civil, Merchant and Intercultural Mediation” is taking place from 4th of November to 18th of December. It’s a course for those who are interested in mediation. The course is jointly organised by the Bar Association of Alicante (ICALI) and the University of Alicante.
The course is directed by Dr. Lydia Esteve González, Director of the project UAIPIT, Professor in Private International Law in University of Alicante, educated in Mediation and Resolution of Conflicts at University of Berkeley (California). In addition, the course will be given by recognized professionals in the field of mediation in Spain and other countries of Europe and America.
The objective of the course is to form highly qualified mediators and to provide an ongoing training. To achieve this goal the lessons will have a practical focus with personalized training in mediation and conflict resolution techniques in each area of study through role playing and analysis of real cases.
