The “Community Trade Mark Intensive Module” and “Community Design Intensive Module programmes” are advanced and intensive seminars organized within the framework of the XX Magister Lvcentinvs of the University of Alicante in collaboration with the OHIM and specialized firms.
They cover a wide variety of aspects on Design and Trade Mark Law. Substantive and procedural issues, related with the protection of the Community Design and Community Trade Mark, are explained in detail by experienced professionals including strategic issues related with protection of the Community Design and Community Trade Mark.
The programmes are designed for lawyers, law graduates, and professionals, who wish to specialize in the practice of Community Trade Mark and Community Design Prosecution and Litigation. The programmes are particularly suitable for practitioners and professionals unable to interrupt their professional activities for long periods of time and want to acquire specific knowledge on these fields.
The participants will share their academic activities with specialists and post-graduate students coming from different countries, mainly from the European Union and Latin America. In this sense, all special module programmes are taught fully in English, in order to promote the participation of international students.
