The three major topics of the Congress are as follows: “The Role of National Parliaments in the European Union”, “The Judicial Application of Competition Law”and “Public Capital and Private Capital in the Internal Market”. As is a trait of FIDE Congresses, the topics will be discussed on the basis of three General Reports, three EU Reports and National Reports prepared by the representatives of the various National Associations. This Congress will be held on the 3 of November 2010 in Madrid, Spain.
