According to the verdict of the jury of the Fedearl Court of San Jose (California), the company Samsung has infringed six patents of products from Apple, including the design of their smart phones and the iPad. In addition, all counterclaims are dismissed Samsung against Apple. Therefore, Samsung will have to pay Apple 1,050 million dollars and will not be able to distribute its new Galaxy smart phone model in the U.S.A.
