This programme, an advanced and intensive seminar organized within the framework of the XVII Magister Lvcentinvs of the University of Alicante, is organized in collaboration with the OHIM and main specialized firms. It covers a wide variety of aspects of Trade Mark Law. Substantive and procedural issues, related with the protection of the CTM, are explained in detail by experienced professionals and academics, starting from the application for the CTM and including strategic issues related with the enforcement and protection of the CTM. The course will be held on 7-11 February 2011, in the University of Alicante, Spain.
