The purpose of the Workshop is to provide intensive basic training of a practical nature for arbitrators. The training, which will be conducted by experienced international arbitrators, will focus on the main principles of international commercial arbitration law and practice, with particular emphasis on the conduct of arbitration proceedings under the WIPO Arbitration and Expedited Arbitration Rules. This Workshop will be held in Geneva on Monday, October 25 and Tuesday, October 26, 2004.
