The objectives of this course are: to create a space to study different national experiences according to the topics of the programme, to encourage the exchange of opinions with the aim to improve the creation and enforcement of intellectual property rights and guarantee the Defence of Competition, as well as to promote international cooperation activities in relation to this sector. This course will be held on 16-19 March 2009, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
