The Centre, a technical and educational not-for-profit entity, is the official centre of the United States for the legal implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The institution is affiliated with the University of Arizona, the Legal Research Institute of the UNAM of Mexico, and with the Technological Institute of Superior Studies of Monterrey, Mexico.
