ODR2015 International Forum will take place in New York City June 3-5, 2015. This event is organized by Pace Law School and the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution. and it will be held at the Pace University campus in Manhattan.
ODR2015 brings together the world´s leading Online Dispute Resolution practitioners, policymakers, entrepreneurs, members of the judiciary, and academics. They will be discussing about Online Dispute Resolution - the one of modern ways of providing ADR.
ODR is a branch of dispute resolution which uses technology (mainly Internet) to facilitate the resolution of disputes between parties. During the forum experts will be talking about the way of incorporating technology into ADR and the direction of developing the ODR. They also will be discussing about the impact of ODR on the future of dispute resolution. Moreover, some of time will be also devoted to a topic of influence of ODR into the dispute resolution field in practice and how decision-makers – judges and neutrals – are impacted by ODR.
