The International network for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (INSME) and the Federal Investment Council (CFI) are organising an International Training Program whose principal aim is to provide participants with knowledge on how to manage innovation and technology transfer to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. The event will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from July 5 – 8, 2005.
