This course will provide attendees a complete training on the practical aspects of mediation. Assistants will learn management and resolution of conflicts with a special emphasis on the field of conflicts in an intercultural context, mediation and negotiation techniques for professional practice as well as the ethics of mediation.
Participants will also receive legal, physiological and sociological training in order to reach viable and durable mediation agreements.
This course will take place in the University of Alicante, Alicante, Spain, from 25 April to 15 June 2017.
