The Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) is organising a seminar on enforcement of plant variety rights. The aim is to analyse and exchange experiences and information on the enforcement of plant variety rights and to have better understanding of the applicable legislation. The seminar will be held in Brussels, Belgium, on October 4 – 5, 2005.
