The Forum is a great opportunity to learn about the various aspects of presenting evidence in trademark matters, including application and opposition proceedings before OHIM as well as litigation before national courts in Europe. The sessions will take a close look at when, why and how evidence is successfully prepared and presented for the most important occasions such as genuine use, acquired distinctiveness, reputation, bad faith, and how this evidence is examined by the authorities. The forum will be held on December 5 – 6, 2005, in Berlin, Germany.
