Prepared in the framework of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) follow-up, the objective of the workshop is to prepare law-makers and government officials of the East African Community in all aspects to be considered for the drafting of e-commerce legislations. At the end of this workshop, the participants should be able to better understand the legal implications of e-commerce. The Workshop will be held on 11-15 December 2006 in Nairobi, Kenya.
