The aim of this event is to study and analyze the industrial design from a public and private point of view. The event will take a look at the requirements for the protection of the industrial design and at the community and national registration proceedings. It will look as well at the enforcement of rights granted by the industrial design and the role of the industrial design as a strategy in business, from the point of view of the designer and/or the businessman. The forum will be held on March 24, 2006 in Madrid, Spain.
