The sessions will focus on the PCT, legal procedures for enforcing exclusive patent rights, patentability of computer programs, Biotechnology, patentability of second therapeutic applications of known products, the Madrid Protocol, data protection and violations of Intellectual Property Rights on the Internet. The Seminar will be held on March 19-21, 2006 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
