China is one of the world’s fastest growing economies, but it is also the world’s centre of counterfeit and product piracy. In this respect this workshop is a great opportunity to discuss the protection of trademark rights in China, the enforcement of Trademark rights, and the distribution systems and licensing agreements. The workshop will be held on 19 April 2006 at WIPO in Geneva, Switzerland.
