This conference will be of benefit to all involved in the development and marketing authorisation of medicinal products in Europe after the implementation of the Directive 2004/27/EC and the Regulation (EC) 726/2004, that has been coming into effect. The conference will focus on data exclusivity, global marketing authorisation, implementation of Roche-Bolar in Europe and incentives for research on medicinal products for paediatric use. The conference will be held on May 23, 2006 in Cologne, Germany.
