The aim of this two-day course, covering all aspects of licensing law, will be to learn about the opportunities offered by successful licensing of IP rights. The course will look at how taking decisions to license, negotiations, in-depth analysis of an international license and to what happens after the agreement has been signed. The course will be held on June 1-2, 2006, in Munich, Germany.
