These series of seminars, presented by the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia (IPRIA) and the Institute of Patent and Trade Marks Attorneys of Australia (IPTA), will assist members to improve their client’s strategies and approaches for gaining patent protection in a number of overseas jurisdictions. The seminars will examine the differences in patent examination outcomes between the triadic patent offices and provide some insights as to whether the drivers of these differences are based on deliberate strategic approaches of those jurisdictions. The seminars will be held on November 28-29 and December 1, 2006, in different locations, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.
