This seminar will analyse patents in relation to financing, investment and enterprise resource planning. Value creation of companies is achieved in considerable size by developing mainly knowledge-based products and services. For global competition, intangible assets like patents and copy rights gain more and more importance. Strategic use of Intellectual Property Rights can massively contribute to an increase of company value. About 20 top-level speakers present their notion on patent evaluation and offer feedback on questions and ideas. Evaluation and financing are in the focus of the convention.
